Discover ceramics botanical imprint through this 2h30 hands-on workshop. Clay, your hands, leaves and flowers, a few pottery tools and inspiration... That's all we’ll need!
In this workshop, you'll learn how to create botanical ceramics by pressing an array of locally picked plants and flowers into stoneware clay. A bowl, a plate, a vase… You will choose your piece.
I'll guide you through the basic techniques of hand-building. You'll learn how to handle clay, use pottery tools and express your creativity through unique creations. Herbalist Clotilde Farman (Coltiche dans les Prés) will join us, kindly sharing her botanical and plant design knowledge. She will bring a beautiful array of freshly picked local plants for you to use during the workshop.
Minimum age is 8 years old.
