Une assiette à pâtes peu profonde ou assiette creuse, parfaite pour tout ce qui contient de la sauce que vous aurez envie d'éponger. Elle n'est pas parfaitement ronde, c'est ce qui fait son charme.
Je modèle à la main les assiettes creuses à partir d’un grès français de haute qualité et texturé, pour un aspect et un toucher rustique, un peu rugueux. Les émaux utilisés sont alimentaires et varient légèrement d'une pièce à l'autre, selon la façon dont elle a pris vie dans le four - c'est toute la beauté de ce procédé.

I hand-build the pieces from high-quality stoneware. The glazes used are food-safe and will vary slightly from one piece to the other, according to how it was brought to life in the kiln - that's the beauty of this process.
Each piece has its own character, with beautiful imperfections, as they are all hand made in my studio in Brittany, before going through two high-temperature kiln firings.

Care Instructions
All plates are food and dishwasher safe, however hand washing will extend the life of your pieces. Ceramics shouldn't be exposed to rapid temperature changes. Use in microwaves is not recommended, as there is the chance of cracking.
