A unique piece, this small table lamp is very versatile. I hand-build the lamp body from a high-quality, warm-coloured stoneware crank clay with a strong textured body, for a sandy look and feel.
The inside of the lamp and a strip outside are glazed in transparent, whilst the rest is left unglazed to show the natural body of the clay.
The lamps are then assembled in a beautiful lighting shop in Madrid, with a braided natural fiber electric cord and high-quality pieces (metallic lamp socket, metallic parts, vintage-looking beige-painted plastic switch and socket).

Each piece has its own character, with beautiful imperfections, as they are all hand built in my Madrid studio, before going through two high-temperature kiln firings.
