This vase is all about simplicity, made from a slab of clay wrapped around itself organically. It is hand-built from a high-quality, slightly speckled stoneware clay that shows through the Transparent glaze. The Transparent glaze is applied inside and outside, so the vase is waterproof and can hold fresh flowers as well as dried ones.

VARIATIONS
The Transparent glaze is applied by hand will vary slightly from one piece to the other, according to how it was brought to life in the kiln - that's the beauty of this process. A strip and the bottom of the carafe are left unglazed for design purposes.
Each piece has its own character, with beautiful imperfections, as they are all hand built in my Madrid studio, before going through two high-temperature kiln firings.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All pieces food and dishwasher safe, however hand washing will extend the life of your pieces.
Ceramics shouldn't be exposed to rapid temperature changes. Use in microwaves is not recommended, as there is the chance of cracking.
