This large oval serving dish works perfectly for any centrepiece you'd like to showcase - a whole fish or a colourful salad for instance. Its edges retain easily any sauce of juice.

The glossy Celadon Green glaze used is food-safe, and will vary slightly from one piece to the other - that's the beauty of this handmade process. The back of the serving dish is left unglazed for a natural and modern look.

VARIATIONS
I hand-build the pieces from a high-quality, slightly speckled stoneware clay.
Each piece has its own character, with beautiful imperfections, as they are all hand built in my Madrid studio, before going through two high-temperature kiln firings.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All tableware is food and dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended and will extend the life of your pieces.
Ceramics shouldn't be exposed to rapid temperature changes. Use in microwaves is not recommended.
